Average salary of all teachers employed in FY 2027 (budget year):  $63,881
Average salary of all teachers employed in FY 2026 (prior year):  $60,909
Increase in average teacher salary from the prior year:  $2,972
Percentage increase:  5%

 

Teachers include the Prop 301 definition of teacher; salaries include all base pay amounts and all Classroom Site Fund payments.  This calculation does not include any other retention, signing, or attendance stipend.

 

Traditionally, insurance benefits costs for all eligible staff (including medical, dental, vision and life) have been fully covered by the district.  Any increases to these benefits costs from year to year are not a part of the calculation above.  FY 2027 the total amount of these estimated costs are $10,200 per full time staff member.
