Online Registration is available for new student enrollment and for students who previously attended BESD. 

• If your student is Brand New (My student has never attended a BESD school before) and you have never created a ParentVUE account at BESD schools:  

  • Click this link:  ParentVUE Create a New Account

• If your student is Returning to BESD: (My student does not currently attend but has been a BESD student previously including any preschool program.)

  • I have a ParentVUE account: ParentVUE Login

    • You can utilize your existing ParentVUE account to re-enroll.  If you forgot your password, see Online Registration Frequently Asked Questions. I do not have a ParentVUE account:  

  • Forgot Your ParentVUE Password

    • Please click this link: Forgot My Password

      • Click on Forgot Password

      • Enter the email address you used for ParentVUE

      • You will receive an email 

  • If you are an existing parent in the District but never created a ParentVUE account, you will need an activation key to create an account. 

    • Please click this link: Request Account Activation Key

      • Click on Request Account Activation

      • Parent name, phone number, email & birthdate of child have to match what is in system

      • Or contact centraloffice@besd33.org  to obtain an activation key

Once you are logged into your account, follow each of the screens instructions.

Once you have made it to the Review/Submit page, click on review, check your data, edit if needed, check the box at bottom of page to verify you have reviewed and click submit.  There will be a popup, click OK.  

After the online application has been submitted you will receive an email confirmation that the enrollment was successfully submitted.  You can then bring in the required documents noted in the email and above under registration requirements to your school of choice.
