Volunteer Orientation
BESD's volunteer orientations are held virtually and monthly throughout the school year and last just 30 minutes. These sessions are designed for anyone who would like to support our schools as a volunteer.
To participate, individuals must have—or be in the process of obtaining—an Arizona Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Fall Semester Dates; August 19, September 2, October 7, November 4, and December 2.
Fingerprint Clearance Card
If you do not have a valid AZ fingerprint clearance card, you can obtain one on your own through the Department of Public Safety or click on the link below to schedule an appointment to obtain a fingerprint clearance card; slots are limited.
BESD #33 volunteer fingerprinting is hosts events throughout the year at the Buckeye Elementary School District Office located at 25555 West Durango Street, Buckeye, AZ 85326. Each event will have a sign up as month prior to the fingerprint session.
Dates for the fingerprinting sessions:
September 8th, 2026 Time: 9am - 12pm
November 17th, 2026 Time: 9am - 12pm
February 9th, 2027 Time: 9am - 12pm
