We had the honor of recognizing Mrs. Long with the Superintendent’s Award of Excellence during the March school board meeting. To say this is well-deserved is an understatement.
For over four decades, Mrs. Long has been a pillar of our Finance Department. Her legendary attention to detail and unmatched work ethic have set a standard that is simply irreplaceable—truly, no one does the work quite like her.
While we will certainly miss her, we are so excited for her to soon begin her well-earned retirement. Mrs. Long, thank you for 42 years of brilliance. We wish you nothing but the best as you begin this wonderful new chapter!
