Current/ Upcoming Projects

Inca Elementary

Inca Elementary

Exciting improvements are coming to Inca Elementary School, made possible by voter-approved bond funding and the continued support of our Buckeye community.

As our district grows, we are maximizing and repurposing existing spaces to better support students now and into the future, ensuring thoughtful use of bond dollars.

Highlights include:

A new media center designed for reading, exploration, and collaboration
Additional classrooms to support student growth
New small group learning spaces, created by transforming underutilized areas, like former locker rooms into spaces for more personalized instruction

Construction begins in late April, with completion expected by Summer 2026.

Bales Elementary

2025-26

Your bond dollars are making a visible difference at Bales Elementary with the recent completion of a new concrete surface designed to improve campus safety and inclusivity. By relocating the designated kindergarten drop-off and pick-up to this area, we have created a more streamlined and efficient routine for our youngest students and their families. Most importantly, this project prioritizes accessibility; the fresh concrete provides a smooth, level path that ensures students with wheelchairs or mobility challenges can navigate the school grounds with ease and independence.

2024-25

The school's front entrance beautification project is a bond project that is underway to improve the looks of the school. The W.L. Emshoff Company installed the drip systems along with new trees and plants for the area. Workers poured concrete and installing pavers during the winter break.

Buckeye Elementary

The Buckeye indoor and outdoor stage project is a bond proposal that has been completed by CHASSE Construction Company. With the cooperation of the City of Buckeye, the district was able to remove the old portable stage and install this beautiful indoor stage that also is an amphitheater.

Inca Elementary

2025-26

Bond investments are actively enhancing the safety and longevity of the Inca Elementary campus through several key infrastructure projects. To improve site security, new perimeter fencing has been installed, featuring a modern push gate for more efficient and secure access. Significant work has also been completed to restore erosion caused by rainfall, stabilizing the landscape to protect the school grounds for years to come. Furthermore, the addition of new sidewalks ensures better connectivity across the campus, providing students and staff with safe, paved pathways for daily transit.
