Parental Rights Handbook

During the 2020 Arizona Legislative Session, the governor signed Senate Bill 1061 establishing A.R.S. § 15-249.16, which requires the Arizona Department of Education to develop and post statutory handbooks of parental rights. The Arizona Department of Education has revised the handbooks to accurately reflect the current versions of the statute.  Below is a link which provides access to the aforementioned handbook.
